UK Vape Duty Products – Vaping Products Duty 2026
This collection brings together the vape products that will be affected by the new UK Vaping Products Duty, helping you easily find products as they begin moving over to Duty Applied stock.
From e-liquids and nicotine salts to prefilled pods and vape kits containing e-liquid, products across the UK vaping market will gradually transition to new duty-paid stock.
What Does Duty Applied Mean?
From 1 October 2026, the UK introduces Vaping Products Duty (VPD), applying a duty of £2.20 per 10ml of vaping liquid.
As existing stock works its way through the supply chain, you may see both Pre-Duty and Duty Applied options available across UK Vape Supply. This allows you to clearly see which version you're purchasing during the transition.
Where applicable, products will be clearly labelled so you can distinguish between:
- Pre-Duty – Existing stock supplied before Vaping Products Duty was applied.
- Duty Applied – New stock supplied with the applicable UK Vaping Products Duty included.
Availability of Pre-Duty products will naturally reduce as existing stock sells through.
E-Liquids, Nic Salts, Prefilled Pods & Vape Kits
The new vape duty applies to vaping liquid rather than simply a particular type of vape product. This means you'll gradually see Duty Applied options across many of the products you already use, including 10ml e-liquids, nic salts, shortfills, prefilled vape pods, refill packs and kits supplied with e-liquid.
We've brought affected products together in this collection to make navigating the change as straightforward as possible.
Shopping During the Vape Duty Changeover
You don't need to change the way you shop with us. During the crossover, simply look for the Pre-Duty or Duty Applied option on participating product pages.
Where both are available, you'll be able to choose the appropriate stock. Once remaining Pre-Duty stock has sold out, products will continue with their Duty Applied options.
