All orders placed and packed before 2pm are sent via next day delivery.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

• Orders made before 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day.
• We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
• All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched next working day.
• We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after cut off on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
• We do not dispatch any items on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday weekend, will be dispatched the following Tuesday upon us re-opening.
  
• Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
• Orders over £35.00 will qualify for free DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
• Orders under £35.00 will not qualify for free shipping, but will still be sent via DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
• For international orders the buyer assumes responsibility over their purchase once it has left our distribution centre. Please check your local laws, any items refused by customs in the country of delivery and those your purchase may travel through are out of our control and may be destroyed. Items not cleared through customs may be returned to us or they may be destroyed by customs at their discretion. In the event of a missing international order that is not returned to us we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement.

Returns

Returns must be complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), We can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for return.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Please note:

Refunds on cancellations are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging.

Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the item or if the problem is due to your mishandling/abuse of the product.

A return will not be accepted for stock that has gone out of date in your possession.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order, you have within 14 days of receiving your order. Please find our online cancellation for here.

Returns for cancellations are at the cost of the customer (£4.99), we can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for the return of the order.

Faulty Goods / Guarantee

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem.
It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.
We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. 
If deemed to be faulty, a refund to the payment method used, a replacement device, or alternative will be offered to you.

Crystal Prime M3 pods are refillable mesh-coil pods made for the Crystal Prime M3 smart pod device. Each pod holds 2 ml of e-liquid and snaps into the device. The M3 also supports dual pod resistances (0.6 Ω and 0.8 Ω), giving you options for flavour vs vapour intensity.

The device is designed to deliver a high puff count when used with its pods. While exact puff count per individual pod depends on draw style and power settings, the M3 kit advertises strong longevity with smart tracking of puff usage.

The pods are designed for nicotine salt (nic salt) e-liquid. Many retailers list the M3 kit with pods prefilled or intended to be used with 20 mg (2%) nic salt formulas in a balanced 50/50 VG/PG blend.

Some common causes and how to fix:
The pod may not be clicked/seated securely — remove and reinsert firmly.
Its silicone refill plug might not be fully closed or is loose.
The pod or coil is worn or near end-of-life.
Airflow slots or mouthpiece is blocked or dirty.
Battery is low or not supplying enough power.
Using pods not compatible or non-genuine ones.
The M3 pods are designed with a leak-resistant silicone plug for the refill chamber.

Replace it when you notice signs such as: weaker vapour output, muted or flattened flavour, a burnt / dry hit, or inconsistent draw. These indicators show the pod’s coil or wicking has deteriorated and it's time for a fresh one.
