How fast is shipping?

All orders placed and packed before 2pm are sent via next day delivery.

What's the returns policy?

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

  • Orders made before 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day.
  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
  • All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched next working day.
  • We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after cut off on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • We do not dispatch any items on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday weekend, will be dispatched the following Tuesday upon us re-opening.
  • Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
  • Orders over £35.00 will qualify for free DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders under £35.00 will not qualify for free shipping, but will still be sent via DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • For international orders the buyer assumes responsibility over their purchase once it has left our distribution centre. Please check your local laws, any items refused by customs in the country of delivery and those your purchase may travel through are out of our control and may be destroyed. Items not cleared through customs may be returned to us or they may be destroyed by customs at their discretion. In the event of a missing international order that is not returned to us we reserve the right to not issue a refund or replacement.

Returns

Returns must be complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), We can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for return.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Please note:

Refunds on cancellations are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging.

Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the item or if the problem is due to your mishandling/abuse of the product.

A return will not be accepted for stock that has gone out of date in your possession.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order, you have within 14 days of receiving your order. Please find our online cancellation for here.

Returns for cancellations are at the cost of the customer (£4.99), we can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for the return of the order.

Faulty Goods / Guarantee

If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem.
It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.
We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. 
If deemed to be faulty, a refund to the payment method used, a replacement device, or alternative will be offered to you.

What are Dojo Blast 10K pods and how do they work?

Dojo Blast 10K pods are prefilled 2 ml mesh coil pods that connect to a 10 ml refill tank (“auto-refill container”). You simply click them together and insert them into the Dojo Blast 10K device — the refill tank feeds e-liquid into the pod automatically, so you never have to manually fill the pod itself.

How many puffs can a Dojo Blast 10K pod setup deliver?

A full pod + refill setup can deliver up to 10,000 puffs, depending on how strongly and how often you inhale (draw length, frequency, etc.).

What nicotine strength and e-liquid type are used in these pods?

Dojo Blast 10K pods come prefilled with 20 mg (2%) nicotine salt e-liquid using COREX mesh coil technology for smooth flavour and steady vapour.

Why is my Dojo pod leaking, not firing, or flavour fading?

Common causes and fixes:
The pod and refill container may not be clicked or seated properly
You may have forgotten to remove protective seals / plugs
The pod or refill might be nearing end-of-life
Airflow or mouthpiece holes could be clogged with debris
The device battery is low or the contact points are dirty
You might be using a non-genuine or incompatible pod

When should I replace my Dojo Blast 10K pod (or refill unit)?

Replace it when you notice reduced vapour output, muted/flatter flavour, burning or “dry hit” taste, or inconsistent draw. Once those signs appear, swapping to a new pod + refill restores optimal performance.
