Returns
Returns must be complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us), We can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for return.
You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Please note:
Refunds on cancellations are only issued on unused items in its unopened/undamaged packaging.
Items that have been returned as faulty will be sent back to you if we find nothing is wrong with the item or if the problem is due to your mishandling/abuse of the product.
A return will not be accepted for stock that has gone out of date in your possession.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order, you have within 14 days of receiving your order. Please find our online cancellation for here.
Returns for cancellations are at the cost of the customer (£4.99), we can provide you with a shipping label, or arrange for a courier to collect the package for the return of the order.
Faulty Goods / Guarantee
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem.
It’s helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.
We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
If deemed to be faulty, a refund to the payment method used, a replacement device, or alternative will be offered to you.
