How to set up the OXVA XLIM Pro 3 Pod kit 

  1. Remove all outer packaging and any stickers/stoppers.
  2. Open your pod via the plug on the side and fill with your chosen e-liquid. Allow pod to absorb the e-liquid for a minimum of 5 minutes before re-inserting into your device.
  3. To Turn the power on, use the slider on the side of device and slide to be "on", if this doesn't work, press the fire button rapidly 5 times.
  4. You're all set to start vaping!

All orders placed and packed before 2pm are sent via next day delivery.

What's the returns policy?

Delivery & Returns

Delivery

  • Orders made before 1pm each working day will be shipped the same day.
  • We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day however sometimes this is not always possible.
  • All orders placed after the cut off will be dispatched next working day.
  • We do not dispatch any items on Saturday or Sunday so any orders placed after cut off on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • We do not dispatch any items on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday weekend, will be dispatched the following Tuesday upon us re-opening.
  • Once your order has been received, we will send you confirmation of your order via email.
  • Orders over £35.00 will qualify for free DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • Orders under £35.00 will not qualify for free shipping, but will still be sent via DPD Tracked Next Day Delivery.
  • For international orders the buyer assumes responsibility over their purchase once it has left our distribution centre. Please check your local laws, any items refused by customs in the country of delivery and those your purchase may travel through are out of our control and may be destroyed.
